We're looking for a proactive HR Officer to join a collaborative team delivering high-quality, end-to-end support across contingent workforce and HR operations.
In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for employees and leaders, providing practical advice, coordinating processes, and ensuring smooth delivery across contract lifecycle activities. You'll work closely with stakeholders to maintain compliance with policy and procurement frameworks while contributing to continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Providing timely, accurate HR advice and first-line support

Coordinating contingent workforce processes and contract management activities

Managing administration across the full contract lifecycle

Supporting reporting, data requests, and process governance

Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery

Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and customer experience
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in HR operations, administration, or workforce coordination

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Confident communication skills and ability to build effective relationships

Familiarity with contract management or procurement processes is highly regarded
