• Drive recruitment excellence by utilising advanced digital tools and data-driven insights to track metrics, report on success, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and behavioral assessment programs to elevate market presence and attract high-caliber talent.

You will be an established TA leader with expertise in strategic sourcing and project management within complex, multi-site environments. You are a pragmatic, resilient professional with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and deploying modern attraction methodologies to drive high-performance cultures.
