A high-volume recruiter is being sought for a fast-paced environment to commence immediately until Christmas.
High-Volume Recruiter | Immediate Start | North of the River
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced high-volume recruiter to join a busy, fast-paced organisation on a temporary assignment through until Christmas.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your own portfolio of vacancies, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates, whilst ensuring that both process and systems are being followed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment
- Advertising, sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
- Managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Delivering a positive and responsive candidate experience
You will be highly organised in your approach, proactive and comfortable working at pace. Previous high-volume recruitment experience is essential for this position.
An immediate start and the ability to fulfil the full duration of the assignment is also a requirement.
