HR Advisor
Your New Role
This role will see you working across a mix of ER and generalist HR duties, with approximately 60% of your work focused on case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employee relations advice across performance management, misconduct, grievances, and workplace investigations
- Support managers with case management, documentation, and risk mitigation
- Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and HR policies to ensure compliance and consistency
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Contribute to HR projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with leaders to build capability, strengthen workplace culture, and drive positive outcomes
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a HR Advisor or HR Generalist
- Strong working knowledge of ER frameworks, Awards, and compliance requirements
- Confident in managing ER matters end‑to‑end and supporting leaders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills
- A values‑driven approach aligned to the NFP sector
