Job Title: HR Business Partner - Melbourne

Location: Clayton, VIC

You will partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, lead talent initiatives, and manage employee relations, playing a key role in shaping a high performance workforce. This position is with a leading Australian business with operations across Australia and New Zealand, offering the opportunity to influence culture, people strategy, and strategic outcomes.

Your role:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.

• Lead HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects.

• Provide expert guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters.

• Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions.

• Support talent management, including recruitment, promotions, and transfers.

• Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.

• Mentor and support HR team members, building capability and confidence.

About You:

• HR Business Partner experience in fast paced organisations

• Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance

• Experienced in complex employee relations and HRIS systems

• Influence HR strategy and people initiatives

• Exposure to strategic projects
