Your new company

Working for a well known global luxury retail brand with stores across Australia and other continents. Working in a fun, fast paced and high energy people team, you will take on a varied and busy HR Generalist role supporting the store networks and head office. Sydney CBD offices with flexible working and generous benefits on offer.

Your new role
  • You will be the HR Business Partner for the brand's store networks and Head Office
  • You'll be responsible for operational HR across the business, working closely with store and area managers on all people and process matters
  • Managing ER cases, performance management coaching, PIPs, disciplinaries and investigations when needed
  • Driving culture, engagement and talent management
  • You will be responsible for all HR advice on policy, process and retail award interpretation
  • Coaching line managers and employees through performance management conversations
  • Leadership coaching and driving capabilities
  • Learning and development
  • Managing wellbeing and cultural activities
  • WHS, Workers Comp, RTW and HR compliance
  • Talent management and supporting with recruitment when needed

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be an experienced HR generalist who has ideally worked in Retail, QSR, FMCG or other fast paced fun industries
  • You will be passionate about people and culture and thrive in dynamic, customer driven cultures
  • You will have a track record of business partnering and coaching all levels of a business
  • You will have excellent ER knowledge and have experience of managing workplace investigations end to end
  • Performance management and performance review experience
