Position: Human Resource Business Partner (Contract 3 months)

About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to provide temporary support while a team member is on leave. This role offers the chance to support employees, employee relations, onboarding, and talent initiatives in a large, national transport organisation. You'll work closely with a friendly, supportive manager in a practical, fast-paced HR environment!

Your role:

• Provide hands-on HR support across the business

• Manage employee relations, case management, and HR administrative tasks

• Support onboarding and recruitment processes

• Assist with workforce planning and talent initiatives

• Help with HR policy and procedure administration

About You:

• Generalist HR experience supporting medium to large teams

• Strong experience in ER/IR, investigations, and case management

• Confident communicator and trusted business partner

• Positive, approachable, and supportive, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing
