HR Generalist
The role
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and handle HR-related administrative tasks.
- Participate in and lead various HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and support organisational goals.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
