An established organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team in Brisbane!

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative HR team, working closely with an experienced, approachable and supportive HR leader. The role offers a broad remit across employee relations, HR advice, people initiatives and continuous improvement, within a positive team culture.

• Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievances.
• Provide guidance on Australian employment legislation and HR policies.
• Support HR projects, process improvements and people initiatives.
• Leverage HR systems, technology and AI to improve HR delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Confident partnering with leaders across a range of HR matters.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is highly regarded.

• Broad HR Generalist remit with genuine autonomy
