Immediate start for an experienced HR Officer for three months based North of the River.
Our client is a well-established industrial business with both workshop and office-based operations based North of the River.
They are currently seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Officer to support the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle and provide day-to-day HR administration across the business.

Reporting into a Global HR Lead, you will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, managing employment documentation, and employee support while ensuring compliance with relevant Modern Awards and employment legislation.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate low volume end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, screening and interview scheduling
- Prepare employment contracts, variations and HR documentation
- Provide accurate interpretation of Modern Awards and employment conditions
- Manage onboarding and employee records through Workday
- Liaise closely with payroll to ensure employee data and employment changes are processed correctly
- Maintain HR compliance, policies and personnel records
It is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Administration role with a strong working knowledge of Modern Award interpretation and employment contracts, recruitment support and maintenance of HRIS systems. You must be able to pick up systems and processes quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Due to location, it is a requirement for you to have your own vehicle.
This position requires an immediate start and will be for an initial three-month contract.
