We are seeking experienced HR professionals to join a high-performing People & Culture team supporting complex workplace relations, case management and HR policy functions within a Federal Government environment.
These opportunities are suited to candidates with demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, providing trusted advice to leaders, and interpreting employment legislation, workplace policies and enterprise agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance management, misconduct and workplace behaviour matters.
- Provide advice on workplace relations policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Support leaders through complex employee relations and case management processes.
- Interpret and apply enterprise agreements and employment frameworks.
- Develop trusted stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
- Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Strong HR generalist experience within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated case management experience, particularly performance and conduct matters.
- Sound knowledge of workplace relations legislation, policies and enterprise agreements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and provide pragmatic advice.
Experience Required
- APS4: Foundational experience in HR, employee relations or case management.
- APS5: Proven experience managing workplace relations and employee matters with minimal supervision.
- APS6: Minimum 5 years' experience in HR generalist, workplace relations and case management functions, including managing complex performance and conduct matters.
