About the Role 
As our HR Systems Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of our HRIS (Dayforce) and lead the program through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. Acting as the business subject matter expert, you will set best practice, define system design and ensure the platform is configured to support current operations and future growth.

You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and operational leaders to deliver a scalable, compliant and fit-for-purpose solution. Beyond implementation, you will establish the governance, processes and continuous improvement framework required to successfully embed and optimise the system long term.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this 12-month max-term contract offers the opportunity to shape how HR systems operate at Patties; not just delivering a system but building capability and confidence across the business. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Dayforce, from discovery and configuration through testing, go-live and post-implementation optimisation
  • Act as the business SME on HRIS best practice, advising leaders on system capability, design principles and optimal set-up
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions aligned to operational and compliance needs
  • Establish strong governance frameworks, data integrity controls and security protocols
  • Advise and support the timely configuration of Talent modules, Org Structure, WFM, Payroll & UAT
  • Oversee system integrations, reporting frameworks, enhancements and vendor engagement
  • Partner with key stakeholders to embed the system into day-to-day operations and uplift capability across teams
  • Provide system oversight to ensure payroll accuracy, workforce management effectiveness and reliable HR data reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure the HRIS evolves alongside business growth and changing requirements
About the Person 
You will be an experienced HR System leader who has successfully implemented an HRIS platform in a complex organisation (FMCG ideally) and managed it beyond go-live. You'll bring strong functional knowledge across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management, and are confident leading system design, configuration and best-practice set-up from the ground up. Some key skills and required experience include: 
  • Proven experience leading the implementation of an HRIS, ideally Dayforce
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
  • Demonstrated experience embedding systems into business operations and driving user adoption
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and maintaining data integrity
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
  • Analytical capability, with experience in reporting and data insights
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes
