Your new role
This is an ideal opportunity for a HR Coordinator or developing HR professional looking to step into a broader HR Generalist role. Working closely with senior leaders and supported by experienced HR professionals, you will gain exposure to the full employee life cycle while helping to enhance people processes, employee engagement and organisational capability.
Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating end to end recruitment and onboarding activities
-
Managing employee life cycle processes, including probation reviews, contract variations and offboarding
-
Supporting managers with performance management and employee relations matters
-
Maintaining HR records, policies, procedures and compliance documentation
-
Coordinating learning and development initiatives

Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition programs
-
Assisting with compliance, continuous improvement and process documentation
-
Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support operational and people initiatives
What you'll need to succeed

Experience within a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or Junior HR Generalist role

Exposure to recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
-
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Human Resources

Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach

The confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
