Your new role

Lead the design and execution of the end-to-end HR integration strategy, including timelines, milestones and governance

Take ownership of the transfer of business process, ensuring a seamless and compliant transition within a unionised environment

Drive critical workforce activities including continuity of service, employment offers, and onboarding alignment

Partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and confidently influencing decision-making

Lead key HR work streams including organisational design, role mapping, and workforce planning

Shape and deliver change and communication strategies that support employees through a period of ambiguity and transformation

Proactively identify risks and implement strategies to retain critical talent and maintain business continuity
- You will be the go-to expert for all HR integration matters, working closely with the broader HR team while owning delivery from end to end.
What you'll need to succeed

A proven track record leading HR integration work streams in mergers and acquisitions or large-scale transformations

Deep expertise in transfer of business legislation and experience operating in unionised or complex IR environments

The ability to operate at a Senior HR Business Partner level, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic advisory

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders

Excellent project management capability, with a structured and outcome-focused approach

Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Background in complex corporate, government, or institutional environments
