Your new role
As National Human Resources Manager, you will lead the HR function across the business. You will set and deliver the people strategy while providing practical, hands-on support to leaders and employees.
Key areas of focus:
- Lead HR strategy aligned to business goals
- Provide HR advisory support across employee relations, performance, and engagement
- Oversee WHS programs, workers compensation, and return-to-work
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and company policies
- Manage HR reporting, HRIS accuracy, and payroll compliance
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and culture initiatives
You will manage a small HR team and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience in a senior HR leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS requirements
- Experience operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Background in multi-site or multi-entity environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven capability across employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business are preferred.
