About the Role
My client is looking for a forward-looking Organisational Design Consultant to help shape the future of their organisation. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to redesign structures, optimise workforce capabilities, and enable strategic transformation. If you excel at connecting strategy to people, process, and structure-and thrive in complex, fast‑moving environments-this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As an 18 month temporary contract an immediate start is essential.
What You'll Do
- Lead organisational design projects that align operating models, structures, governance, and roles to business strategy.
- Diagnose organisational challenges using data‑driven insights and recommend clear, practical solutions.
- Facilitate design workshops with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop future‑state operating models, capability frameworks, spans & layers analysis, and workforce sizing recommendations.
- Support implementation planning, transition roadmaps, and change management activities.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure sustainable, scalable organisational solutions.
- Build organisational design maturity across the business through tools, frameworks, and coaching.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in organisational design, operating model transformation, management consulting, HR strategy, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Confident facilitator who can influence at senior levels.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop design skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- Familiarity with organisational design methodologies is a plus.
