A high-volume end-to-end recruiter is required for an immediate start based North of the River.
We are seeking an experienced High‑Volume Recruiter for a short-term to support end‑to‑end recruitment across utilities and chef roles. Based north of the river, this role will suit someone confident in managing fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment, from job briefings with hiring managers through to offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for utilities and chef positions
- Screen, shortlist and interviews
- Partner closely with hiring managers to meet urgent workforce needs
- Support offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination
To be successful in your application, you will have proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, ideally across operational or service‑based roles, and you must be confident and comfortable juggling multiple requisitions simultaneously. You will be organised, responsive, and able to deliver outcomes in a short-term, fast‑moving environment.
