We are currently recruiting for Recruitment Advisors to join a busy, evolving recruitment function on a temporary basis. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to a high-volume, project-driven environment undergoing significant change.

Your new role

• Managing full lifecycle recruitment within a busy, high-volume environment
• Conducting job intake meetings and developing sourcing strategies
• Screening candidates and coordinating interviews across multiple roles
• Managing and prioritising a broad portfolio of vacancies
• Working across multiple ATS platforms and recruitment systems
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing regular updates
• Supporting a changing recruitment model and adapting to evolving processes
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in a high-volume setting
• Experience recruiting white-collar roles across administrative through to specialised technical positions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including job briefing and interview coordination
• The ability to work effectively in ambiguity and navigate changing systems and processes
• Experience using multiple ATS platforms and tools
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• A proactive, resilient and self-starting approach
