Your new company

A large, purpose-driven emergency services organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to lead and coordinate complex promotional recruitment and selection processes. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative People and Culture team and support the delivery of contemporary and inclusive recruitment practices within a highly regulated environment.

Your new role

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of operational promotional recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, organisational policies and established procedures
  • Provide subject matter expertise on contemporary recruitment and selection practices, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Coordinate assessment centres, selection panels, candidate eligibility reviews and interview processes
  • Develop and maintain assessment materials, candidate guides, interview guides, communications and selection reports
  • Support high-volume recruitment activities during peak periods, including broader operational recruitment campaigns
  • Review and improve recruitment processes, tools and methodologies to support best-practice selection outcomes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records in line with legislative and organisational requirements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or an equivalent level of expertise developed through experience and training
  • Demonstrated experience in a recruitment advisory or business partnering role within a large or complex organisation
  • Experience managing high-volume or multifaceted recruitment and selection campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, selection methodologies and legislative requirements
  • Experience designing and coordinating recruitment tools, assessments and selection processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence senior and operational stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality and candidate care
