We are seeking an experienced Return to Work Partner to join a well‑established organisation based in Sydney's inner west. This role is responsible for supporting injured workers, coordinating safe and sustainable RTW outcomes and ensuring all activities meet legislative and organisational requirements. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong RTW coordination experience who enjoys working closely with managers, staff and external providers.

• Provide RTW advice in line with legislation, policies and organisational standards

• Coordinate workplace rehabilitation and injury management programs

• Educate and support managers and employees on RTW duties and processes

• Assist with incident follow‑up and support corrective and preventative actions

• Maintain accurate RTW records, registers, reports and documentation

• Prepare clear correspondence and statistical reports related to RTW and injury management

• Support wellbeing initiatives, P&C projects and relevant training

• Contribute to continuous improvement of RTW and related P&C processes

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in WHS and/or Recover at Work

• Ability to understand, apply and communicate complex WHS and RTW requirements

• Introduction to Return to Work Coordination WorkCover‑approved course (or equivalent)

• Current NSW Driver's License (Class C minimum)

• Contract through to September 2026

• Up to $59 per hour + Super

• Onsite position in the inner west

• Immediate start available
