Join a large-scale enterprise transformation program within state government, supporting critical workforce, payroll, finance and business systems used across the state. Working within a major program delivery environment, you'll contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency and enhance the experience of thousands of end users.

Your new role

• Designing and developing engaging learning materials for enterprise-wide project implementations
• Creating and maintaining training documentation, user guides, quick reference materials and knowledge resources
• Supporting blended learning approaches, including eLearning, virtual and instructor-led training
• Managing knowledge repositories, content governance and document version control
• Conducting quality reviews to ensure learning and support materials are accurate, consistent and fit for purpose
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support change adoption
• Providing guidance and expertise on learning design and knowledge management best practices
• Supporting the ongoing enhancement of learning frameworks, processes and tools

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience developing learning, training or knowledge management solutions within complex project environments
• Strong instructional design capabilities and experience creating high-quality training content
• Experience managing documentation, knowledge libraries and content lifecycle processes
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, user-focused materials
• Proven stakeholder engagement and consultation skills across multiple business areas
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within project teams
• Exposure to large-scale technology, ERP, HRIS, payroll, workforce management or digital transformation projects will be highly regarded
