We're seeking an experienced TA Officer / Resourcer to join a busy recruitment team on a short‑term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on sourcing and high‑volume recruitment and can hit the ground running.
You'll play a key role supporting the hiring of blue‑collar roles, working closely with hiring managers to source, screen and progress candidates efficiently.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing blue‑collar candidates using SEEK, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Conducting phone screens to assess suitability, availability and work rights
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and providing recruitment updates
- Supporting a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment process
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in blue‑collar recruitment, high‑volume recruitment or labour hire
- Strong sourcing and screening capability
- Experience in agency or in‑house recruitment environment (agency recruiters welcome)
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with candidates and hiring managers
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple roles at once
Contract details
- 3‑month contract
- 4 days per week
- Hybrid working arrangement, based in the Sutherland Shire
- $50 per hour + super
- Immediate or short‑term start preferred
