Your new company

Our client is a leading organisation within the construction and infrastructure sector, currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation and centralisation across its operations. They are strengthening their internal Talent Acquisition function and are looking to bring in experienced recruiters, with construction experience, to support this growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team during a pivotal time, with strong potential for extension.

Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of white-collar roles, with the potential to support blue-collar hiring in the future. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver against workforce demands.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: approvals, raising requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
  • Recruiting across roles such as Project Managers, Engineers, Surveying, General Management, Finance, and Administration etc
  • Handling a high-volume workload (approx. 25-30 roles at a time)
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing market insights
  • Supporting hiring needs during a period of organisational change and growth
This is a contract position, with likely extension or opportunity for permanent.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in recruitment within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors - ESSENTIAL
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment workloads
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience using PageUp is highly desirable but not essential
